  • Customers must provide accurate and complete information during checkout.

  • Any errors in order information may lead to delays or failed delivery.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We dispatch orders within 2–3 working days.

  • Delivery usually takes 5–7 days depending on the location.

  • Delays due to courier partners, weather, or unforeseen events are beyond our control.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • We offer a 7-day return policy only for defective or misprinted products.

  • Customized T-shirts cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.

  • Customers must provide photos/videos of issues for approval.

  • Not to upload harmful, abusive, or illegal content for printing

  • To comply with all applicable laws
